What ages do you serve? -Toddlers through middle-school age.

What should I expect during an evaluation? -A comprehensive evaluation will include gathering parental input/concerns, reviewing pertinent medical history, making observations, and administering informal and formal assessments to determine your child's strengths and needs.  Once the evaluation is complete, recommendations will be made as to whether treatment is necessary. If treatment is recommended, a treatment plan will be created with goals that will address your child's specific area(s) of need.

Do you accept private insurance?​ -At this time, Small Successes Pediatric Speech Therapy is an out-of-network provider for private insurance companies. We suggest that you check with your insurance company regarding out-of-network benefits. Small Successes Pediatric Speech Therapy will be able to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement for speech-language service. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding reimbursement.

Do you accept Maryland Medicaid?​ -Yes, Small Successes Pediatric Speech Therapy is a Maryland Medicaid provider.​

Do you provide virtual speech therapy sessions? -Yes, virtual speech therapy sessions are available to anyone located in Maryland.​

I am worried about my child's speech-language skills. What are my next steps?​ -As a parent or caregiver, you know your child best. If you have any concerns about your child's speech and language development, do not hesitate to ​reach out by phone, email, or the contact form to see if an evaluation would be beneficial for your child.
